CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 93(FIN) "An Act relating to boating                                           
safety, registration, and numbering; extending the sunset date of                                   
changes in ch. 28, SLA 2000; and providing for an effective date" was                               
read the second time.                                                                               
                                                                                                    
Senator Cowdery, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for                                     
the adoption of the Transportation Senate Committee Substitute                                      
offered on page 2758. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR                                       
HOUSE BILL NO. 93(TRA) was adopted.                                                                 
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
